From the expanded use of VAR and technology to changes in the tournament format, interpretations of the Laws of the Game, and the introduction of mandatory hydration breaks, Machnik will explore how these developments may impact the way soccer is coached and officiated moving forward.

This practical session will explore a connected approach to coaching—from establishing a game model and principles of play to identifying KPIs, observing performance, providing effective feedback, and developing players who can execute ideas in the constantly changing moments of the game.
