We realize these are uncertain times and there are a number of factors to weigh when considering the coming year; however, we want to let you know that we are expecting to host a fantastic and successful Convention, January 6-10, 2021 in Anaheim, CA. For thousands, it will be an in-person gathering to kick-off 2021 and to celebrate getting past this challenging year. New this year we are creating virtual program elements to both enhance the in-person attendee experience and for those who may not be able to attend.
We sincerely hope you will register to exhibit at the 2021 Convention; however, in order for you to feel confident in moving forward with your Convention planning, we are offering to alter some of our standard rules and regulations. We invite you to learn more about the options below.

The Business of Soccer Will Continue in 2021
We are committed to being the platform for your organization to kick off 2021 successfully. If you are unable to attend in person there will be Viretual Convention elements giving you the opportunity to participate in a hybrid format. If you register for a booth now, and then need to change to this option later, we will honor your deposit and apply it to the Virtual Convention.
NOTE: It is important that you register for a booth now in order to ensure that you a) get the best price, b) get to best choice of booth space, and c) are at the head of the line to choose virtual elements you would like to take advantage of. Click here if you are ready to register!
Have a Presence at our Virtual Convention
We do not expect it, but in these uncertain times, if due to health and safety reasons the in-person Convention cannot be held, the United Soccer Coaches Virtual Convention will deploy at full volume. The Virtual Convention will offer an extensive, multi-channel online option. There will be education sessions, diplomas and professional development certificates, socials, networking opportunities, and an interactive Virtual Exhibit Hall. As an exhibitor, you will be able to establish a highly visable presence and engage with out attendees by choosing to apply your booth deposit to a variety of virtual options.
NOTE: Selection of advertising and sponsorship options for a fully virtual event will be offered in the order of registration.
A Look to the Future
If there is not an in-person Convention and you choose not to participate in the Virtual Convention, you will have the opportunity to apply your 2021 deposit to the 2022 Kansas City Convention.
A Refund is an Option
Due to COVID-19, for this year only, our refund policy has been adjusted. If you register by August 1, 2020 and the in-person Convention is cancelled, you will have the opportunity to receive a full refund or participate in the Virtual Convention. After August 1, 2020 or if the in-person Convention is not cancelled, our standard refund policy will be in place. Click here to view our full refund policy.
