2026 United Soccer Coaches Convention

Event Dates: January 14-17, 2026

Event Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Pennsylvania Convention Center


Registration

What does Full Registration include?

  • Access to all United Soccer Coaches Convention education sessions (Wednesday evening through Saturday afternoon).
  • United Soccer Coaches Special Topic Diplomas (must complete required sessions).
  • Unlimited access to the exhibit hall.
  • Attendee t-shirt (while supplies last; sizes not guaranteed).

Important Notes:

  • Prices will increase at 11:59 PM CST on August 13, 2025 // October 13, 2025 // December 13, 2025 // January 12, 2026.
  • Discount codes can only be applied to new registrations. No refunds will be given if code is not entered at time of purchase
  • Registrations after January 12, 2026, must be completed on-site.
  • Single Day passes will only be available for purchase on-site.

Group Registrations

Group registration will be available starting October 13th. Questions – email membership@unitedsoccercoaches.org 


Housing & Attendee Hotels

  • You will receive a housing link via your confirmation email.
  • Information on our housing block can be found here.
  • For any housing issues, contact ConferenceDirect at (855) 623-2117 or email unitedsoccercoaches@conferencedirect.com.

General Registration Policies

  • Convention registrations are non-transferable.
  • Attendees must be 18 years or older to register and attend.
  • Attendees under 21 will not be allowed in the Exhibit Hall on January 15, 2025.
  • A valid photo ID is required to pick up your Convention credential.
  • Lost or stolen badges cost $25 to replace.
  • Firearms and weapons are prohibited in the Convention Center and hotels.
  • By registering, you grant United Soccer Coaches permission to use your likeness in promotional materials.
  • Unauthorized recording or streaming of sessions is prohibited.
  • United Soccer Coaches reserves the right to remove participants who disrupt the event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy can be found in the confirmation email and here.
  • United Soccer Coaches is not responsible for cancellation charges from airlines, hotels, or other vendors.
  • Payments can be made online or by phone using a credit card; no purchase orders accepted.
  • On-site purchases can only be made by credit card. Cash will not be accepted.
