Convention Validation Instructions

For the first time ever, the validation process at the Convention will be done online.  Moving this process online helps save you time in between sessions and allows you to get validated at any time, without waiting in line!  All you have to do is answer a few simple questions about the session topic and the presenter(s).

 

To obtain a diploma/certificate, you must attend a minimum of six (6) identified sessions for that diploma/certificate.  Once you attend a session, go to the App and select the session you would like to evaluate. Follow the link to the survey, where you will have to input your full name and email that are associated with your registration for the event.  Answer the listed questions about the session you attended and the presenter(s).  You will only be able to select one (1) session per time slot. Once you have answered the questions you will receive a credit hour.  You must obtain six (6) to complete the diploma/certificate.

 

If you would rather complete the process via computer or do not have access to the app, you can follow the link that will be provided to you.  You will be required to log-in with your full name and email that are associated with your registration. You will select the session and answer the questions.

 

Following the event, you will receive an email with the diploma/certificate(s) that you completed.  They will also be uploaded to you member profile.
